As part of the overall Wearables market portfolio, Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) glasses and Head Mounted Displays (HMD) have emerged as the advanced products in the category. These are two rapidly growing areas of innovation with immense potential. We have already seen a few very good products in the market; undoubtedly there are more to come - with more innovation and more promise.  As entrepreneurs think about designing their new devices, I would like to share our experience with this emerging application segment, and help them make critical hardware design decisions (esp. around memory).
