•    New and existing customer account financial & creditability evaluation.
•    Customer credit limit and OVL hold monitoring that related to customer payment management.
•    Process and sending of customer invoices, credit note, debit note and monthly statement.
•    Process letter of credit, banker acceptance and customer advance, for payment collection and order management system update/release.
•    Customer payment matching and AR account updating.    Liaise with sales and customers on all matter that related to account credit, collection and on order releases.
•    Customer collection analysis and customer payment term compliance control.


•    Minimum Degree in Accountancy or any professional accountancy body.
•    3 to 5 years experience in financial accounting. AR collection and customer services.   With Semiconductor environment will be an added advantage.
•    Possess good English communication skills.    Able to read and speak Chinese will be an added advantage.
•    Candidate should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
