Kelly Milligan – CRPC®, Senior Vice President – Merrill Lynch Wealth Management
Kelly joined Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management in 2000. Previously, he was with ING Barings’ Investment Banking group and practiced corporate law at Riordan & McKinzie in Los Angeles. While a generalist, Kelly has extensive experience with tax minimization strategies and executive compensation issues. He is a frequent speaker on the topics of non qualified deferred compensation, concentrated stock and retirement planning. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a BA in Economics in 1990. He then earned his MBA and Juris Doctorate degrees from the Anderson School at UCLA and UCLA Law School in 1996.
Janet Zhang, Financial Advisor – Merrill Lynch Wealth Management
Janet focuses on providing financial advice to high net worth individuals, families, and companies from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Janet joined in Merrill Lynch after working for about 10 years in global business development and operations for both Chinese and U.S. companies.  With a wealth of experience working with company executives and business owners in both China and the United States, Janet understands how to address her clients’ unique investment needs and expectations. Her expertise includes concentrated stock risk management, portfolio construction and monitoring, credit and liability management (strategic borrowing), tax minimization, education planning, and retirement planning. Janet earned her MBA degree. She holds the FINRA Series 7, the NASD Series 66 and California Life, Accident and Health Licenses.
