MJAA Career Advancement Seminar:

Selling Yourself at Work

Are you struggling with salary rise, promotion and riding on high-profile projects? Are you frustrated with asking what you deserve? So what is stopping you from getting what you are asking at work?

The reality is being good at what you do is no longer good enough at workplace today. People buy people first. If you want what you deserve, you must first ensure that they ‘buy’ you.

Come to the 5th seminar of MJAA Career Advancement Series to learn the key skills and strategies for getting what you are asking for.

 Key topics:
•What is selling at workplace
•What is stopping you from getting what you deserve
• How to make it easy for people to buy “you”

Real Cases:
•A real case demo:  promotion discussion with manger
•Your participation: Bring your own case (salary negotiation, etc) to the stage with the panelists.
