Being the global technology innovation center, the Silicon Valley is a unique place with a unique culture.  There are many IT professionals, immigrants or local elites, all working diligently and intelligently to create the technologies continuously making our lives better. It is a challenge for the 2nd generations on how to inherit from their parents on developing good skills in math, arts, science, building foundation of leadership at their early stage of life, which are essential for them to grow in college and later in their professional careers.

CASPA has committed to help the future generations in the local community to develop the strength and leadership in science and technology, and become even more successful professionals with their creativities and inventions to change the future world for better.

This educational event focuses on introducing good methodologies for the students at middle & high schools to develop skills for future achievements in academia, personal finance and leadership. With over 20 years experience in the financial industry I have observed a few habits that help to manifest financial success.  If implemented, these habits will help kids build a strong foundation for financial success and prosperity.   They are not difficult habits to implement.  They are simple but highly effective.  Creating these habits will make a huge difference in the road to success.  These habits will serve you and your kids as building blocks for prosperity.  If these habits are practiced on a daily basis, they will serve you for the rest of your life as a guide to success.
