The Product Engineer will be responsible for taking new generation of products from Engineering into high volume production by following established processes and procedures for accepting new products from the engineering team, to perform complete testing and characterization in a pre-production environment, to take full responsibility for delivering mass producible products in the operations. Will develop clear yield and reliability estimates, to drive yield improvement in production, to interface with engineering at the various stages of the development to ensure that key DFM and DFT parameters are properly incorporated during the design phase. Will also ensure that test capacity, material and procedures are in place for product launch.


Required Skills: • 3+ years of experience in fabless semiconductor environment and hands on knowledge of mixed signal products, yield, reliability, qualifications, testing etc • Strong and demonstrable experience with every aspect of new products transition for engineering into high volume production • Good understanding of high volume final test requirement for Analog mixed signal products • Depth of understanding and appreciation for making product at very high standard of quality, reliability and zero-defect • Demonstrated experience and first hand understanding of product qualifications, continuous improvement, various accelerated reliability testing • Past experience working in a startup with demonstrated track record • Strong hands on knowledge of yield enhancement and problem solving • Must be highly technical and willing to learn more and dig in deep into every technical issue that arises with product Educational Qualifications • Bachelors in Engineering or Science, Masters preferred Skills which are a plus: • Experience procuring and qualifying final testers for production • Aptitude for mechanical design and past related experience • Working knowledge of MEMS devices and fabrication processes • Working knowledge of Visual Basic or C++ software • Broad background in operations including product engineering, test engineering, supply chain, and logistics is a plus
