Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Oversees definition, design, simulation, verification and documentation for high precision, low power analog & mixed signal CMOS integrated circuits from general instructions.
•    Circuit Design Projects may include working with the analog and logic sections of the following: amplifiers, Variable Gain Amplifiers, Operational Transconductance Amplifiers, Class AB Power Amplifiers, D/A converters, A/D converters, low noise switched capacitor or OTA-filters, voltage & current references, PLL, VCO, charge pump &
DC-DC converters
•    Datasheet specification study & comparison
•    Competitor’s datasheet specification study & comparison
•    Mask layout supervision
•    Design & tape-out reviews
•    Product or test chip debug, testing and verification
•    Design & debug report documentations
•    Revision mask development & tape-out
•    Interface with and support of the following groups; applications, process technology, CAD, test reliability, marketing & product engineering.

Requirement

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

•    MSEE degree with 5+ years of Analog/Mixed-Signal design experience.
•    Must have good communication skills and be capable of finishing projects based on general instructions.
•    Familiar with mixed signal design CAD tools, including Spectre (S), Verilog, Matlab, Cadence Analog Artist/Composer, Cadence Virtuoso, Synthesis & Place & Route tools.
